Job Description:Our hands-on training involves the following areas: business development, account management, sales, marketing, and team development--all of which can lead into a management position after graduation of our award-winning management training program. The Marketing Executive will work directly with the clients and consumers, helping with product promotions and sales.Responsibilities include:
- Face-to-face marketing

- Teaching and developing marketing strategies in trainees
- Clientele based demographic research and development
- Spearheading community awareness programs

The Administrative Team works closely with all levels of management to target desired recruiting demographics. Members of this team are responsible for placing career opportunity ads online, making initial contacts with all potential recruits, and performing background checks on applicants during the interview process. The team is also in charge of all data organization and entry, paperwork completion, and proper filing.
Our assistant position on the management team is a short-term position. All Assistant Managers are trained on an expedited schedule into management.Responsibilities include:
